And i was left for two days,but not completely ,i wished to finish my tech trade Obligations ,when i sew the bunch of hooligans are rioting on me and again .
They strike me several times and put mi in Anarchy
i will post a battle reports below ,but the real question is what to do now ,i got only 360 soldiers ,Anarchy state and Hinduism religion (i m allergic in rats ,but they keep building Rats cult monasteries around my presidential palate ,please help
so,seriously what is the best option for me in this moment

but an offense will win the battle.

If you don't have the odds for a GA then maybe hold off on one or two when you can deploy, but you gotta bring the fight to them as well.

I've only lost 1 GA (and had one draw with zero gains and zero losses) and the odds were in my favor. I've also one a few where the odds were just slightly out of my favor.

The point is you wont gain anything on the guy if you don't give it to him on all available fronts.
