Wars and Raids

Simply put, you may NOT engage in any wars, spy operations or sabotage without government consent.

If you want to tech raid and also try out your war machine, find a target that meets the following requirements and post a reply here with your nation link and your targets link. WAIT FOR APPROVAL!! If you don't, you will get roughed up.

Requirements:
- Inactive for 2+ days
- No alliance (or alliance of less than 5 members)
- Must have tech
- Lower NS than yourself
- Unless you have a Federal Raiding Permit, you must conduct the raid with a Federal Officer present. via IRC.

You must also include this in your reason for declaring:

RAID. PEACE SENT.

IRC and Communication

As a citizen of the World Freedom Federation, you are expected to keep a reasonable IRC presence. You will get important information and news here as well as meet allied alliances. IRC isnt just business either, conversations cover RL as well as CN and possibly also what two girls can do with one cup.
