I've always wanted to make these, but thought it needed a special pan or something. So I finally looked, and it's actually pretty damn simple. I also made a Creme Anglaise sauce, which is also pretty simple.

Overall it was delicious, it was a perfect size in the cups I used; and, although I think the heavy cream may have made the Creme Anglaise a little thicker than typical (could have been my fault though too) it also had a good flavor. Maybe try half-half or whole milk instead next time?
